“Why spend a fuck-ton of money on advertising?” is a question many ask, not just Ryanair’s Michael O’Leary. And while that wasn’t preicsely the wording of the brief we got from IAPI, it was the question they wanted the work to answer. So we flipped that question on its head. Given how effective we know advertising to be, why wouldn’t you advertise? That was the campaign idea. What remained was to find an engaging creative expression for it…
